Quick Way to Heal Cracked Feet
A success story:
“Cracked feet is a common issue for me. There are numerous causes for cracked feet, but for me it is due to dry skin and improper footwear. Over the years I have tried foot scrubs, paraffin wax, foot creams, and numerous home remedies. These methods were either ineffective or took over a week to see results. Walking the hills of San Francisco in flip flops has been rough on my feet, but I recently discovered a quick way heal my cracked feet.
A couple months ago, I came across the GEHWOL Foot File at Nordstrom. Not only is it super effective and gentle, it is also antibacterial and waterproof. I keep it in my shower and only need to use it once to remove the dead skin. Then I use BeeSpa’s Hand + Foot Cream to soothe and moisturize my feet. After using the cream just once, I was surprised to see my cracked heals were almost completely heeled by the second day. The cream contains 16% beeswax which locks in moisture to protect the skin, and it also contains shea butter, vitamins E, A, and D, and antioxidants. I love that it is NOT greasy like most creams and home remedies, and it can also be used on hands, elbows, and other areas of dry skin. A little goes a long way. The combination of the foot file and BeeSpa cream healed my feet in just 2 days! If you struggle with cracked feet or dry skin, I would highly recommend trying these products.”

Benefits of 5 Different Kinds of Tea
Tea is far more complicated than we tend to think. There is a lot of variation between different types of tea and there are unique health benefits to each! Learning about the variety of teas, their flavors, scents, origin, and nutritional benefits may motivate you to replace your usual beverages with different types of tea. Dare I say it, you may even choose to replace your morning coffee!
Green Tea
- Everyone is familiar with green tea and some of its qualities because it is a favorite tea around the globe. Green tea is known to support healthy digestion and it is a metabolism booster, so it promotes weight loss. Green tea is full of antioxidants that may help prevent cancer and heart disease. It’s been found that drinking green tea daily can lower one’s risk of cardiovascular disease.
Black Tea
- Black tea is another popular variety and is the most consumed tea in the world. Black tea contains the highest amount of caffeine of all tea types. Rather than using coffee, kickstart your day with a black breakfast tea. It has antioxidant compounds that can lower cholesterol and support total body wellness.
White Tea
- White tea has the mildest flavor than other teas and less caffeine. It is a perfect tea type to enjoy throughout the day. White tea offers a variety of benefits. It helps improve one’s tolerance to glucose, supports a healthy cholesterol, and may help prevent cardiovascular diseases. It is also an anti-inflammatory and is beneficial for those suffering from arthritis or osteoporosis.
Oolong Tea
- Similar to Black tea, Oolong has a higher caffeine level than most tea types. It is a popular tea for those looking to help with weight management. Oolong tea activates enzymes in the body that help break down fat. People who drink Oolong tea may burn slightly more calories in a regular day than those who do not.
Chamomile
- Chamomile tea is a delicious tea that is known to support many functions in the body. It is caffeine free so it can be enjoyed right before bedtime. Chamomile supports digestion and can help relax the muscles and lining of the intestines to ease cramping. It is also antibacterial so it is a popular choice to help treat symptoms of the common cold. As chamomile tea is anti-inflammatory, it also supports healthy skin and can help ease mild flare-ups of skin conditions like eczema or acne. Chamomile tea is truly a jack of all trades.

Support Endangered Bees
In recent years, we have all become more aware of the importance of bees and bee pollination. Bees pollinate over 50 different American crops, which are valued at over 20 million dollars according to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. Not surprisingly, bees are the backbone of the agricultural system in the United States. The important question is, how can we support these hard-working honey bees?
Bee Products
Purchasing and recommending products that involve bees are great ways to support the bee industry and beekeepers, and to continue spreading the knowledge about the importance of bees.
- Honey
- Natural, organic, locally sourced, raw honey is an excellent choice for supporting honey bees and the efforts of people and organizations working to keep their bee population prosperous.
- Beeswax products
- Purchasing lip balm, lotions, and other beauty products that contain beeswax is another way to support endangered bees. Bees naturally leave behind waxy residue in their combs. If we don’t collect it and create something useful with the extra beeswax, it simply goes to waste. Using beeswax products helps us support bees by efficiently cleaning their homes of excess wax.
Bee Farms
In many urban areas, people have the opportunity to financially support local, urban beekeepers. These beekeepers help keep the local agriculture pollinated and healthy. It’s possible to even rent bee cages, which improve bee population in areas that are lacking. For more information, check out the resources in your area.
Plant Flowers for Bees
Next spring when you step into your local flower shop and decide which plants and flowers you’d like to purchase, consider the liveliness and health of bees. A bee friendly garden is a the easiest and most natural way to support bees in your area. Plus, bees will help your garden grow beautiful and keep it growing through the seasons. Some good options are:
- Fennel
- Lantana
- Lavender
- Yarrow
- Sunflower
- Sweet alyssum
- Lions Tail
Butterflies also enjoy these plants, so you’ll have an active garden of gorgeous butterflies and healthy bees.
Be a spokesperson
Another way to support bees is to simply be their spokesperson. People fear bees, but they are often, in actuality, afraid of hornets and mistake them for bees. Honey bees are harmless. Help people know the difference and explain to others the importance of bees in our agricultural system!
Ultra Healing Hand + Foot Cream from BeeSpa™
Like other natural beeswax products, the BeeSpa™ Ultra Healing Hand + Foot Cream supports bees and the bee industry. BeeSpa™ is a trustworthy, all-natural product that will bring you smoother, softer, younger skin. Support your skin and the bees!
Relax! It’s Important.
Do you make enough time to relax? You might not! With our busy, active lifestyles, we are constantly running from one obligation to another. There are always work events, social gatherings, family get-togethers, and household responsibilities that need attention. It seems like we never have time to relax, unwind, and be mindful of our day. It’s time that we learn to relax because relaxing is an important part of physical, mental, and emotional health.
Relax to feel calm.
Without relaxation, you might feel flustered, and your brain could feel “all over the place.” To combat that feeling, take at least twenty minutes each day to unwind. Taking the time to relax will allow you to think about the day’s events, helping you to make sound, rational, and thoughtful decisions.
Relax. Find calmness. Make better decisions.
It can seem like, we don’t have time to relax, but in reality, we don’t have time not to relax. Have you ever found yourself running from one thing to the next and continually making little errors? Perhaps you forget to shut off the tea kettle, or you might lock your keys in the car, or put on the wrong socks. Little mistakes like this often stem from stress. Stress occurs when you have not been making time to relax and unwind. Start the day by taking the time to relax in the morning to help reduce the stresses of daily life.
How can I relax?
For some, the idea of relaxing seems foreign or uncomfortable. Being busy is a default for many people! It can be challenging to sit calm and still, but there are many ways to unwind. Here are a few suggestions:
- Take a bubble bath.
- Treat yourself to a hot bath with bubbles, scented candles, and moisturizing bath salts. Turn on your favorite, calming music and soak in the tub for at least thirty minutes.
- You will feel calmer, happier, and centered once you leave the tub.
- Read a book.
- This is an easier one to implement into your daily routine.
- Find a book you enjoy, brew a pot of chamomile tea, grab a plush blanket, and cozy up for some you-time. You deserve it, and you need it.
- Treat yourself to an in-home spa day.
- A day at the spa can make any woman feel like the best version of herself. Treat yourself to this feeling at home!
- Use a deep conditioner on your hair. It will feel smoother, stronger, and healthier.
- Lather up in BeeSpa™ Ultra Healing Hand + Foot Cream for the smoothest skin you have ever felt.
- Slip on a cute, cozy nightgown and go to bed early. Sometimes, extra sleep is the best way to relax.
- Feeling clean, refreshed, and beautiful is a great way to relax and prepare yourself for the week.
The main purpose of relaxation is to find a healthy balance. With a relaxed and calm demeanor, you’ll be able to make better decisions throughout the day and live more peacefully.
